If there is anything we can do to make your experience with us better before canceling, we are here to help! Review the following resources to resolve any concerns you may have.

  • If your bill isn’t what you expected or your monthly bill due date is an issue, call  1 (800) 315-7497  for support.  
  • An alternative plan could be a better option too if you need to lower your monthly costs.  Check out our packages and pricing page for details, or call an Echelon Representative to learn more about new promotions and offerings.
  • Not sure about your visibility? First, schedule a review with one of our experts to ensure your business data is showing properly online. They will verify that all platforms online are displaying accurate and up-to-date citations for your business.
  • Remember that full coverage across search engines and directories takes time. However, if only a few or none of your citations are showing in search after 30 days on the platform, we advise you to request a review of your account and an immediate resubmission. This process can quickly correct any errors that exist and improve your appearance online.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the results of an Ad Campaign or if one was scheduled, but failed to run, call  1 (800) 315-7497  for support and request an Ad Campaign review.  
  •  If you are experiencing difficulty with accessing any area of our system, please call  1 (800) 315-7497  for support. A representative will troubleshoot the problem and quickly resolve the issue.
  • Make sure you are committed to posting consistently using the tools provided in your plan. This can be very helpful in boosting your visibility, engagements, and leads.

Cancellation Guidelines

If we cannot prevent your cancellation, the information provided below will help you with the next steps…

  • A 6-12 month commitment binds all visibility packages, SEO, and Web Development services unless otherwise stated. Before requesting a cancellation, verify the terms of your specific service here.
  • All accounts will continue to bill until the 6-month or 12-month term associated with your package has been satisfied.
  • All cancellation requests will be future-dated for the end of your current bill cycle.
  • We will attempt to collect any unpaid balances after cancellation, and if unavoidable, we will transfer all accounts to a third-party collection agency for resolution. 
  • Once a Visibility Package is canceled, all data, including digital media, landing pages, Websites, extended network listings, business phone numbers, domains, and email addresses, will be deleted after 30-days. 
  • Business Phone Numbers assigned to profiles with be deleted and can not be recovered after 30-days. However, for a $35 fee, we will transfer the business phone number to another service of choice. The transfer option is only available until the end of the 30-day cancellation period. We will not initiate the transfer until after the fee is paid.
  • Domain names and all email addresses associated with a business profile will be deleted and can not be recovered once the 30-day cancellation period has expired. If the Subscriber chooses to keep the domain, we will transfer the domain and ownership to another hosting provider of choice for a $25 fee. We will not initiate the transfer until after the fee is paid.
  • Search Engine appearance and rankings will diminish quickly after the 30-day cancellation period. Some resources may be left available at our discretion. However, according to policy, once the account is canceled and deleted, we can not restore access to services and resources; it will be the full responsibility of the Subscriber to download or request content to be exported before deletion.
